Who We Are
THE UNIT is the field team building program of Delta Survival School — a civilian operational readiness organization based in Luxembourg, active since 2018.
We are not a corporate activity provider. We are a training organization with a verified operational background, delivering programs that are built on military team cohesion methodology and tested in real field conditions.
Our Story
THE UNIT was not built in a boardroom. It was built in the field.
Through years of running training programs at Delta Survival School, we worked alongside dozens of teams — corporate groups, organizations, mixed groups of people brought together for a common objective. What we observed was consistent: people who worked together every day struggled to communicate under pressure, avoided real accountability, and fell apart the moment conditions became uncomfortable.
We also noticed something else. Companies in Luxembourg were calling it team building. Wine tastings, escape rooms, cooking classes — enjoyable experiences, but nothing that addressed the real gaps we were seeing in the field.
That observation became a decision. The gap was clear. We built THE UNIT to close it.
