GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking of programs offered by THE UNIT, the field training program of Delta Survival School S.à r.l., registered in Luxembourg.
By submitting a booking request or making a payment you agree to these terms in full.
BOOKINGS
All program bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by THE UNIT.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

45 days or more before the event: full refund of deposit

25 to 44 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit

Less than 25 days before the event: no refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@theunit.lu.
CANCELLATION BY THE UNIT
If THE UNIT cancels a program for any reason other than force majeure, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER
THE UNIT reserves the right to reschedule any program due to extreme weather conditions or safety risks. In such cases the client will be offered an alternative date at no additional cost. No cash refund will be issued for weather-related rescheduling.
FORCE MAJEURE
THE UNIT shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or national emergencies. In such cases a rescheduled date will be offered.
PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY
All programs are physical in nature and take place in outdoor field conditions. All participants are required to complete a health and liability waiver before taking part in any program.
Participants take part at their own risk. THE UNIT takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety but accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any program.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all participants are physically fit to take part and to inform THE UNIT of any relevant medical conditions prior to the event.
MINIMUM NUMBERS
All programs require a minimum of 10 participants. Groups smaller than 10 will be charged at the 10-person rate. If the minimum number is not met THE UNIT reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a full refund.
PROGRAM CONTENT
THE UNIT reserves the right to modify program content at any time for safety, operational, or logistical reasons without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of Delta Survival School S.à r.l. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
